Age Requirement

The acn365 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. acn365 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including submission of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active acn365 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, acn365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or verification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acn365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. acn365 will never ask you to disclose your password by email or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accepted Payment Methods

acn365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by acn365; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may impose their own fees.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳500. acn365 does not charge a platform processing fee on deposits. Deposits typically credit to your account within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours during normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis. bKash and Nagad payouts are typically completed within one to three hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. acn365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds before processing, which may extend processing time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Verification Requirement

To unlock full withdrawal capabilities, all accounts must complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Bangladeshi NID) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. acn365 will not release funds to an unverified account above the standard withdrawal limit. This measure exists to protect players and prevent financial fraud.

Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to you are strictly prohibited. acn365 will not process withdrawals to any account or number other than the verified method used for the original deposit. Using the acn365 platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by acn365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and time limits. These specific terms are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New acn365 accounts are eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds, not to real-money deposits. Bets placed on games marked as excluded from wagering contributions will not count toward any active wagering requirement. acn365 reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from wagering contribution at any time.

Bonus Abuse

acn365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, and any other strategy designed to abuse the promotional system. acn365 may void bonus funds, cancel winnings derived from bonus abuse, and close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.

Seasonal Promotions

acn365 may offer seasonal promotional campaigns during Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms and expiry dates. Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

Certified Game Providers

All games available on acn365 are sourced from established, certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective providers. acn365 does not have access to or control over the RNG systems of its game providers.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event, as determined by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket). In the event of a disputed result, acn365 will await official confirmation before settling affected bets. If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as displayed in the betting terms for that market.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, acn365 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the player's account. acn365 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions during live play.

Prohibited Play Strategies

Players must not use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Collusion between players in live casino games or tournaments is prohibited. Any player found to be using prohibited play strategies will have their account suspended, winnings voided, and funds withheld pending investigation.

Player Self-Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are gambling with money you can afford to lose. acn365 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through use of the platform beyond the reasonable expectation of any gaming transaction. Responsible Gaming Tools

acn365 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time alerts; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. These tools take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period.

Third-Party Services

In the event of a technical failure on the part of a third-party service that results in a player's transaction being delayed, duplicated, or lost, acn365 will investigate the matter in good faith but cannot guarantee recovery of funds held by third parties.

Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, acn365's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period. acn365 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Suspension by acn365

acn365 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent activity; (c) the player is identified as being under 21 years of age; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; (e) suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse is detected; or (f) required identity documents have not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.

Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your acn365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within five business days.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all unused bonus funds and free bets will be voided. Any winnings derived from wagers placed in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between acn365 and you with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

acn365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the acn365 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
